What area do you service?Our business is based online so we can assist anyone registered in Australia. We offer multiple forms of communication such as phone, e-mail and zoom calls to get started. Once you are signed up with us, your bookkeeping will be managed in a cloud-based accounting software Xero, so you will have access to your information from anywhere and we will manage most of our communication via our Xero Practice.

How does your pricing work?We don’t charge an hourly rate, so you don’t have to stress about how high the bill is at the end of the month. We will create a fixed fee monthly package based on the information you provide regarding your bookkeeping needs.

Do I have to have a big company to afford your services?Not at all! We have started this company with the focus on small businesses and self-employed individuals that might feel intimidated by big accounting firms. If you only require minimal assistance, our prices will reflect that.

Can you handle my Tax Return as well?This is not a service we offer ourselves; however, we work with trusted tax agents if you require this service. If you have your own agent, our bookkeeping services will ensure that your records are organised and ready to go at the end of the financial year. If you would like to provide us with your tax agent’s details, we can work directly with them to make everything seamless.

What happens if I want to cancel the service?All we require is a 30-day termination notice. At the end of the period we will cancel your services, send you a final invoice and disable our access to your information.
